Blue Skies Ahead

My inaugural posting as I jump into the world of blogging. I am a planner. Sometimes to my detriment, I can overanalyze and weigh the consequences...and not make a decision, or take the leap. Sitting on my patio yesterday, I reflected on the beauty of the North Carolinian blue sky. There isn't anything else quite like it. I decided on the name for my blog, and also gave myself permission to not have a plan or all the answers. This is going to be a very organic process, joining this community of the most creative, generous people I have never met. This network of quilters, crafters, and designers who have helped me learn new techniques, refine old ones, and inspire me to ease my life in a new direction. There are definitely blue skies ahead.
